NKS preset library for SampleTank 4. Libraries available for Syntronik 4 Factory, Max Expansion content and Syntronik expansion content.
Allows browsing of all presets with full control from Komplete Kontrol and Maschine.
This library offers full browsing and loading of all content available up to the Total Studio 3.5 bundle for SampleTank 4 with factory content options available for SampleTank 4 and SampleTank 4 MAX (Sampletank SE/CE not available).
All content is fully tagged and includes custom preview samples for each preset.
It should be noted this is a MASSIVE library of content and also requires a large amount of disk space for the library files. Approx 10GB for the main factory content and up to 22GB for the entire Bundle.
You need to be running the latest version of SampleTank 4 and Komplete Kontrol / Maschine.
There are 2 core factory libraries available depending on which version of SampleTank you have:
SampleTank 4 Factory: The “standard” version that includes all ST3 factory content plus a selection of ST4 content.
SampleTank 4 MAX Factory: SampleTank 4 MAX Factory includes all content from the standard version plus an additional 1000+ ST4 instrument presets. This covers all factory content for ST4 MAX
SampleTank 4 MAX Expansions: The SampleTank MAX Expansion Content library contains content available for the SampleTank 4 Total Studio Bundle. For owners of Total Studio bundles, both the MAX Factory + MAX Expansion bundle cover all the instruments.
The following instrument libraries are included with the SampleTank 4 MAX Expansion library, 4000+ additional instrument presets:
SampleTank 4 MAX Syntronik 2: The Syntronik Expansion Content contains all Syntronik instruments for SampleTank 4. You can choose to add this if you prefer using Syntronik content in SampleTank. Note that presets between Syntronik and SampleTank are the same presets, only Syntronik has more dedicated controls for each instrument while SampleTank has a macro control system instead.
The following instrument libraries are available and include 4380+ presets:
SampleTank 4 Full Bundle: Includes all above listed content
Optional library to add full browsing of the Philharmonik 2 instruments. Library option to allow browsing of all instruments within Sampletank or via the Philharmonik plugin.
If you purchase the SampleTank 4 Factory MAX library you will receive a discount to add the ST4 Philharmonik library.
The Free Download Version contains a handful of presets to test how the NKS installation and compatibility will work. You can download and install this for free to test things out before purchasing the full NKS library.

All presets can be browsed and loaded from your controller. Tagging has been both converted from SampleTank and additional tagging added by hand.
The main macro controls have been mapped. SampleTank is designed as a sample player and few options are available for host automation. There have also been identified some bugs which IK Multimedia have still not addressed (although confirmed)

This NKS library is developed with no affiliation to Native Instruments or the plugin developer for personal use only. This library is NOT a VST plugin instrument and will not operate as such in your DAW. It is a “NKS Compatibility Library” designed to work with the listed plugin within Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol and Maschine for the purpose of browsing, loading and controlling presets from the plugin within the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine software.

Details on requirements are listed above and this includes the need for the full up-to-date version of the listed plugin to be installed as a VST3 available plugin. If expansion content is listed above, this also has to be installed in addition to the full version of the plugin. A downloadable demo version of the NKS library is available to test and ask questions before purchase along with downloadable instructions.
