NKS preset library for Sonic Extension libraries for Omnisphere 2.
Allows browsing of all presets with full control from Komplete Kontrol and Maschine.
Supports latest Omnisphere v2.8 or later.
Each of the newly available “Sonic Extension” libraries is now available in NKS format to offer the custom controls mapped to the hardware for every preset. Each preset in these expansion libraries have completely custom controls that have been painstakenly mapped and labelled to allow instant recall with a preset load. This saves having to re-learn parameters between every preset since every preset is completely different in the control mapping.
Tag information is copied out from Omnisphere and contains most tags such as sound type, sub type, mood, genre, complexity. Some sound tags have been combined or slightly altered to fit as closely with the NKS tagging convention as possible
Sound previews are also included, these simply add a new bank in your existing Omnisphere browser library so you need to have the Omnisphere Factory NKS Library installed which includes the image and database files
These libraries are updated for the VST3 compatible version of Omnisphere.
VST2 library versions are also available for most libraries on request but please note, VST2 libraries are no longer developed and all new releases as of December 2023 are made for VST3 only.
There is no demo for this library, if the factory NKS library works, this will also work.

Presets are tagged and sorted as logically as possible with most of the useful tags from Omnisphere copied over to the NKS preset. Some tags have been formatted to conform to NKS tagging schemes and some tags have been consolidated or removed to make the browser as easy to navigate as possible.
A new “Sonic Extensions” bank will be added to Omnisphere when installed with a Sub-Bank for each Sonic Extension library.

This NKS library is developed with no affiliation to Native Instruments or the plugin developer for personal use only. This library is NOT a VST plugin instrument and will not operate as such in your DAW. It is a “NKS Compatibility Library” designed to work with the listed plugin within Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol and Maschine for the purpose of browsing, loading and controlling presets from the plugin within the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine software.

Details on requirements are listed above and this includes the need for the full up-to-date version of the listed plugin to be installed as a VST3 available plugin. If expansion content is listed above, this also has to be installed in addition to the full version of the plugin. A downloadable demo version of the NKS library is available to test and ask questions before purchase along with downloadable instructions.
