NKS library bundle for IK Multimedia Total Studio 5
This bundle covers all released NKS library content for IK Multimedia Total Studio 5 to browse, load and control all the instruments within this collection. Currently only instruments are covered, we may consider adding effects presets if there is sufficient interest but instrument presets are more useful for browsing. Supports all content in Total Studio 5 MAX (currently no plans to release versions for the Pro or Standard versions at this time but please let us know if this is of interest)
Note On Upgrading: If you own some of the single libraries already and upgrading to the full collection you will receive download links in your account area for all the included libraries which may cause duplicate downloads of content you own. Just let us know if you see this in your account and want it fixed to reduce clutter and we can clean that up for you.
The following Total Studio 5 MAX content is covered in this bundle. Each separate instrument will appear as a separate browsable instrument in your Maschine and Komplete kontrol NKS browser, fully tagged, with sound previews and where possible, full control of the sound. For plug-ins such as SampleTank where there are many expansions, these will all be listed as Banks you can select for browsing.
This bundle includes over 11,000 presets that have been painstakingly developed into these NKS libraries and will require about 25GB of HDD space to install.

The Free Download Version contains a handful of presets to test how the NKS installation and compatibility will work. You can download and install this for free to test things out before purchasing the full NKS library.

A separate instrument library is displayed in the NKS browser for each plugin with banks listing all the available instruments and expansions within each plugin.
Presets are fully tagged with sound previews and support browsing and control from the Komplete Keyboard or Maschine Controller.
Each plugin has dedicated pre-mapped controls where possible. Some plugins such as MODO Bass and MODO Drums do not offer any Host Automation controls (an oversight by the developer and a plugin limitation) so no control can be added but where possible, control of all the main functions of each plugin is possible from the controller automatically when loaded.

This NKS library is developed with no affiliation to Native Instruments or the plugin developer for personal use only. This library is NOT a VST plugin instrument and will not operate as such in your DAW. It is a “NKS Compatibility Library” designed to work with the listed plugin within Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol and Maschine for the purpose of browsing, loading and controlling presets from the plugin within the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine software.

Details on requirements are listed above and this includes the need for the full up-to-date version of the listed plugin to be installed as a VST3 available plugin. If expansion content is listed above, this also has to be installed in addition to the full version of the plugin. A downloadable demo version of the NKS library is available to test and ask questions before purchase along with downloadable instructions.

Users are not authorised to share or distribute the files with anyone else without the consent of Freelance Soundlabs. A lot of work goes into managing this project, hosting the files and writing documentation etc. Downloaded libraries contain secret tracking features within the files we can use to match to an account and any libraries found online being illegally shared will have their accounts suspended without notice so please be wary of sharing a library.
