NKS Library now available for the full IK Multimedia MODO Bass 2 collection. Includes NKS presets for all bass models, tagged with sound previews allowing browsing of all presets for all MODO Bass 2 models.
This library does not work with MODO Bass 1
The Free Download Version contains a handful of presets to test how the NKS installation and compatibility will work. You can download and install this for free to test things out before purchasing the full NKS library.

Presets are fully tagged with sound previews and support browsing and control from the Komplete Keyboard or Maschine Controller. Banks allow selection of the bass categories within the plugin.
NOTE ON CONTROL: There is no control possibilities with MODO Bass 2 because IK Multimedia failed to implement any Host Automation control which makes any hardware control impossible. While this is extremely strange from a design perspective these days, there is nothing I am able to do about control for this plugin. NKS offers browsing, preview and loading of sounds but cannot offer any control unless IK update this plugin and implement Host Automation abilities. While I have posted a request for this on the IK forum HERE I do not hold any faith they will bother to update this. If you are looking for a bass plugin with good control capabilities, use the tag filters on this site and consider options such as Spectrasonics Trilian.

This NKS library is developed with no affiliation to Native Instruments or the plugin developer for personal use only. This library is NOT a VST plugin instrument and will not operate as such in your DAW. It is a “NKS Compatibility Library” designed to work with the listed plugin within Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol and Maschine for the purpose of browsing, loading and controlling presets from the plugin within the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine software.

Details on requirements are listed above and this includes the need for the full up-to-date version of the listed plugin to be installed as a VST3 available plugin. If expansion content is listed above, this also has to be installed in addition to the full version of the plugin. A downloadable demo version of the NKS library is available to test and ask questions before purchase along with downloadable instructions.
