Omnisphere Hardware NKS Splash800

After a lot of work and testing I am pleased to release the latest NKS library for the new Omnisphere 2.5 Hardware Library.

This is just over 1000 presets worth of awesome sounds I am sure you are all familiar with by now. I have personally not had much of a chance to actually use these sounds or get real deep with any of it but now it should be much easier to pick up using Komplete Kontrol.

This library introduces a completely new Controller Map specifically designed for the new 2.5 update. It covers layers 1/2 in detail and now includes access to the Osc effects such as Granular and offers basic performance access to layers 3/4. I had to design a controller template designer program to actually pre-design the layout before spending 2 days setting up the template and testing it out. Hopefully it proves to be useful to people and doesn't confuse any blind users too much if they are updating to 2.5 as well. Of course feedback is welcomed and changes may be made down the track.

All files are tagged with detailed tagging derived direct from Omnisphere and sound previews for all presets.

Just a few things to note:

It should be pretty obvious that you must be running the latest 2.5 update for this new library so please make sure you are up to date before emailing me saying the presets are not loading for you.

Existing presets for the Omnisphere Factory and 3rd Party Libraries have not been updated and will not be updated any time soon. There are no features from the 2.5 update that need to be incorporated into the existing presets so for those users, especially blind users that cannot update to the new Omnisphere just yet for compatibility reasons the existing libraries will still be compatible for you.

Existing NKS presets work perfectly fine with Omnisphere 2.5 so you are safe to update and can take advantage of both the new hardware library alongside the existing libraries.
