NKS preset libraries for Nexus Expansions. Libraries are tagged, come with custom controller maps and sound previews for all files and include artwork/database files with the Factory NKS library (no artwork required for the expansion libraries). Libraries should support Nexus 3 / 4 / 5 but libraries and expansions released after 2023 will only support Nexus 5. Older Nexus 2 Expansion Bundle is also available for Nexus 2 users, supports VST2 only.
NKS Libraries available for the Nexus 4 / 5 Expansions released up until the end of 2025 with a new “Full Bundle” that covers all expansions released up until December 2025 with upgrade options for users who own the previous full bundle. Please note if you own individual NKS libraries for a number of expansions and wish to upgrade to the full bundle, please Contact Us for a custom upgrade discount.

All NKS libraries offer mapped controls, tagged presets, sound previews and will appear as separate selectable banks in your NKS library to easily select and browse. Expansions are designed to work with Nexus 4 and 5 (tho should work if they were available to Nexus 3 owners). If unsure please contact us and we can send a demo file for you to test with.
Note that you will need the core NKS factory NKS library as that includes artwork and database files needed for these to import correctly so please make sure you have the Nexus Factory NKS library installed and working already.
Note: These are NKS compatibility files for Komplete Kontrol / Maschine, these are not the actual Nexus Expansions.

Expansions will appear in the BANK of the NKS browser for the Nexus NKS library.
All available host automatable controls have been mapped. Nexus offers a limited amount of host automatable controls as it is primarily a “rompler” sound player but all controls that are open to the host have been pre-mapped for control and recording to your DAW.

This NKS library is developed with no affiliation to Native Instruments or the plugin developer for personal use only. This library is NOT a VST plugin instrument and will not operate as such in your DAW. It is a “NKS Compatibility Library” designed to work with the listed plugin within Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol and Maschine for the purpose of browsing, loading and controlling presets from the plugin within the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine software.

Details on requirements are listed above and this includes the need for the full up-to-date version of the listed plugin to be installed as a VST3 available plugin. If expansion content is listed above, this also has to be installed in addition to the full version of the plugin. A downloadable demo version of the NKS library is available to test and ask questions before purchase along with downloadable instructions.
While every effort is made to ensure libraries are accurate and work reliably on both PC and Mac and all purchases come with full support via email there is no guarantee it will work perfectly for all users or with updated versions of any software. A lot of work goes into managing this project, hosting the files and writing documentation etc. Downloaded libraries contain secret tracking features within the files we can use to match to an account and any libraries found online being illegally shared will have their accounts suspended without notice so please be wary of sharing a library.
